if C9 can figure out their playoff demons I think they can do well at a lan

they went the furthest out of any na org in champs 21. Even optic who were runners up the lan prior

Mitch would have made it work ngl but Zellsis isn't a slouch. They have a decent chance.

I'd agree if they dropped penny and xeppaa to maybe get a better IGL and a good flex who can run duelist for double duelist.

Oxy is one of the best duelists in americas, can play all of the meta duelists very well and he's got a solid mental.
Zellsis is good despite recent results, can perform well against decent teams. He's also vocal, can flex most roles, and he has a great mental. Great pickup for a team with a lot of young players or rookies for anti-tilt. I'd keep him on senti
V1c's util and aim are good enough. He's probably one of the best smokes players in americas and there isn't any agent he's particularly weak on.

But xeppaa is pretty mediocre on scans, I'd much rather see Nature or Ducq. I could also see picking up someone like Bob if they wanna keep Zellsis IGL.
Penny is also much better as a duelist player, but even then he's pretty mid. I'd say go with satellite, He can play 2nd duelist and a decent initiator.

TLDR:
If the roster was smth like this I'd hop on the C9 train
