clove: do not get speed boost when using healing ability, revert smoke nerfs, ult needs 7 orbs instead
neon: make stun explodes 0.2 seconds later and decrease the size of the stun as well

and put radiant back from 300rr to 550rr

might as well vault clove if youre gonna remove their speed boost

honestly just rework clove to have a single pop flash instead of the stupid heal atp at least then you might pick in pro

Nothing in this game can fix ranked mfs are too braindead

Ranked isn't even "competitive" anymore 🫩 and definitely not worth to grind at all
