Which is retarded, most Russians in emea don't have visa issues, chiwa was an outlier more than anything else. These mfrs will complain about the lack talent but refuse to pick up the talented players at the same time and wasting the whole point of t2 as well as the player's careers on top of ultimately giving away talent for free to other regions
Honestly I think this is a franchising issue more than anything else teams are limited and teams in emea seem to either be conservative with moves (fair enough) or unwilling to make good offers it seems or straight up suck with roster moves if more teams were there to actually challenge their spots I think it would be different
Idk I think making mid season roster moves is becoming more and more popular and the off season is filled with roster moves, way more than it used to be. But I agree that this year emea didn't recruit many t2 players, most of the roster moves were just recycling plyaers from last year and just getting them onto another team. M8s is the only team that went for somthing quite ambitious. I may be wrong cuz I didn't check the numbers but yea I think there were way more rookies in 24 and 25, which does kinda make sense cuz there were still a lot of paycheck stealers in t1 so they had to be replaced. You're pbb right with the region being more conservative with roster moves, there's a bunch of teams that I think should have looked to make moves/more moves but didn't so the region hasn't changed much
