T2 Scenes

I feel like EMEA T2 has a lot more talents to offer as compared to other regions.
EMEA > NA == APAC >>> CHINA (china doesnt even have a proper t2 system)

The region with the most ascension teams at internationals is china.

relatively speaking, china actually has the most t2 talents but the overall strength of the region is just bum

cn pbb has more because of how big the playerbase is and how underdevelopped the region is, but we have no idea what CN T2 looks like so it's only an assumption (but a realistic one). Outside of china yes I think EMEA has the most unexploited talents, VCT EMEA's scouting kinda stinks and there are so many players who have been waiting for their chance for several years atp. For some of them it's either unfortunate or just normal that they haven't been picked up (visa/age/org stuff), but it doesn't explain how so many talents have still not made it near T1. APAC also has a lot tbf. NA is definitely the least concerned by this problem because the region is not big enough for it to be a real problem
