I am hoping that he comes back, he is one of the biggest names in the game and it would be great seeing him back on stage.
Edit: With the new sponsors problem that RIOT has created, I know Tenz doesn't have any current conflictions with RIOT, but he'll have to turn away a lot of money in general with certain sponsors in the future. It's unlikely, but hope they figure out a way and he returns to VCT.

I know he does and everyone who has seen his prime wants him to come back too, but it will come down to the amount of money that he's going to make. You can't go from making 100k to 50k and be fine with it. (random numbers just to get my point across).

well his agent said there are issues with him playing other sponsored games while playing Val (which is not allowed). If he makes around 2x-3x playing val competitively, then he would need a pretty big compromise to come back.
