There are only three Thai orgs left in the scene FS NKT SP. That’s why I’m saying FS ascended to Tier 1 has directly ruined the entire Thai esports scene, both Tier 1 and Tier 2
An org should provide proper off-game support, not just rent an empty room in Seoul with two staff and a manager, then use the lack of sponsors as an excuse. It should be financially capable of paying fairly. If signing with a Thai org only makes the players’ lives harder, they’re better off choosing a proven international org like Spirit Flyquest or Aurora that’s willing to take the entire roster, coaches included. rn the players are still being shuffled into random roles, and they can’t even secure a proper coach
