i remember them overhyping their rather mid roster on social media and their fans hyping it up too and honestly even then i knew they're bound to fail. Their roster last year on paper was much better than what they have rn and idk how everyone called it a futuristic roster with huge potential when there is absolutely no one that fits a role too well.

Reduxx is a decent duelist but Zekken was much better.
Narrate somehow has had more impact as an initiator than a duelist or on a fragging role kekw.
john and narrate were sharing initiator duties on maps with single duelist and now they've kyu and john sharing them.
Cortez was good on MIBR yes but Zellsis has to be one of the best flex players i've ever seen honestly.

Its a shit roster and they need atleast two changes for this to work, good luck because I see sentinels completely shitting the bed lol

Its crazy how they dont use their biggest advantage: being the richest valorant org. Choosing kyu, cortezia, and reduxx(they planned for reduxx so ig they had to double down) over the fact they are rich enough to steal cryo, dgzin, demon1,sato, is crazy.

I'll let reduxx off, I think he'll get better (Surely).
I'm okay-ish with cortez too, I've seen his peaks and ik he's bound to be better soon enough.
signing kyu when u have john already for IGL was a crazy move imo considering john was okay-ish fragging wise but not too good at it. The payoff of john without IGL was never worth it. Either u keep Kyu or you keep john, you have to choose between the two.
And finally the core problem of the lineup: Narrate. Get rid of this shitter. He used to be great but now he's mid asf. Who they sign is a slight mystery to me although I want inspire to come into the lineup somehow lol

They are a rich org, but they are not that rich and are far from being the richest org, they aren't even the richest org in Americas, and you can't just buy out a contract for already contracted players like sato and cryo. Also don't pretend like anyone thought demon1 was going to be good this season or that dgzin made very much sense on an english speaking roster. Like be fr.

Okay, They bought tenz from c9 which is as high as a contract buyout will get so i thought so, but ig not. They def are the org that earns the most from val maybe not richest when adding other games. But Dgzin def makes more sense than cortezia imo. But yea for demon1 i kinda meant rn not before the season you right.

Demon1 was playing good last season too individually and even in champs he did not look bad playing with a chinese team and no comms
