i wanna buy a piano which one should i get
are u looking for an actual one or a chud electronic keyboard?
for real pianos, there is absolutely no reason to get anything besides an upright unless youre trying to go pro
A lil something to get a feel for the instrument first and then go up to the real shit
oh i would get a small electronic keyboard then :) theres so much u can do with those, and u can hook them up to a laptop and stuff too
i dont think it's worth trying to learn on an acoustic for u
Im js wondering how different itll sound to the real thing, Ive played on an actual steinway piano before and that shit was orgasmic
Js hope the jump in audio isnt THAT big
ngl for just sound, electronic keyboards have caught up a lot. a lot of them have stuff like playing louder the faster u hit the keys, etc
if u want to like genuinely devote years to getting good piano sound, u need a grand piano and it's gonna cost more than every skin bundle combined bro. like i have two decades of rigorous classical piano background and im telling u if u just wanna play some songs with good sound an electric keyboard is all u need
just make sure the keyboard u buy is wide enough lol, i know some of them have fewer keys and thats kind of troll
61 key versus 88 is kind of like buying a bucky full armor vs guardian half armor after winning pistol...
i would recommend 88 key but that's entirely up to u and ur budget !
If you're getting a keyboard, spend a bit more and get one with realistic action and full 88 keys. Otherwise you won't actually develop your playing at all, and you won't transition well to real pianos.
Damn i thought the max was 61, Ill Defo look into it and hopefully get one with 88
if you just wanna get to grips with one, any old keyboard/digital piano would probably work
but if you want it to feel and sound good you'll probably have to splash a bit of extra cash on one that has weighted keys and pedal/pedals
Tbh it depends on what you are looking for, in most countrys you can get pianos for free because people want them out of their house and you can that way get good pianos for good money. If you feel like you just want to try out piano and not want to get a actually one I would recommend a keyboard
