depends, does it happen often? Even if it's unrated, if it has happened several times in the past it could get you a ban this time
eh then I'd play some unrated. I wouldn't do comp though, imagine you are about to win a close match and the power goes out. You'd lose the rr and probably get reported by ur entire team for DCing and costing the game.
