Dude only played bad on LEV, he was good on T1 and C9. Only reason T1 kicked him is cuz they wanted to try full Korean
Rossy was literally C9's best player other than OXY during his stint with the team. He was unfairly removed when C9 was actually looking like a challenger.
Stage 1 LEV of course was very dysfunctional and the roles barely made sense. Even then I'd say he wasn't that bad considering that he was IGLing a few games.
Of course ion2x is extremely cracked, but I don't think Rossy is that bad of a downgrade. If anything you're bringing in a dude with a lot of experience and vibes into a team that feeds on vibes. He's probably one of the best players ENVY could've gotten given their circumstances.
Reminder that mostly everyone was a defender of Rossy and wanted him to get on a good team after he was cut from T1 and after C9 dumped him. His stocks were decently high back then. His run on LEV was bad but that team was a complete disaster so I'm guessing that's why everyone soured on him.
