yes ofc we have internet everywhere in Mongolia. But most of the places are completely empty places. 3million population but 18th ranked in the world by land (without any ocean).
We play cs mm on hong kong or asian servers. Most mongolian players play mongolian faceit. Mongolian faceit has like thousands of active players daily.
some do some doesnt. We all learn russian like 3 years in schools. Usual mongols can understand russian but cant speak
