Valorant stuttering HELP FIX

lately my games is just constantly stuttering, does anybody have any fix? my drivers are updated, i have my fps capped at 400 and it just drops to 0 randomly and i sometimes even get packet loss which doesnt usually happen, either its consistent packet loss or none, and this is just spiking with the same time my game is stuttering. Ive reinstalled the game, but something i have noticed tho is that when i turn my pc on it says it wants to do a driver check and then it says repairing drivers, but well, still having stutters, this has been going on for a couple days rn, if anybody has a fix i can try then please go ahead, graphics card is amd if that helps

While the game is open, check event viewer from start menu
Windows Logs -> Application

This worked for me. Though, you will have to redo it if the problem returns
