Rename to Freeze

Everyone who stands still for more than 5 seconds (this also accounts for jiggling) will get permanently frozen.

After the spike get planted an icewizard appears on the site
And hinders the first person it sees.

After the icewizard dies 3 random attackers get flashed for 2 seconds.

reopen the big radianite tunnel in a main
add a breakable wall in tunnel that connects atk and def spawn
make it so there is only one entrance to that tunnel on atk side
add a bit more cover for defenders on b site
