do you think there should be an age restriction on vlr? if yes, how old minimum to be able to use vlr?

I don't think its really "oh all people under this age don't know what they're talking about" because you have a lot of people like that no matter what that person's age is. Also on the internet its very hard to actually identify age you could be talking to a 18 year old that sounds 30 or vice versa.
