probably mid table at least, some of the tier 2 japanese teams are just there to develop talent

Probably not much a difference, maybe middle of pack like some others said but I'd say alot of tier2 teams also construct rosters differently. Some are talent developers, some are collegiate, some are academy, etc.

basically APAC is about 5 times better than any other region, and the others are pretty much the same, its just that nobody is on the level of apac teams

Can anyone that watches apac tier 2 confirm this or is this guy just the usual region glazer

a mid NA t2 player would be pretty good in japan, and a bit better than he is in NA in latam I think. Depends on his role tho
