i mean pro players are a dime a dozen. plenty of pros without Tier 1 or Tier 2 teams. it's life. They don't get brought on they end up streaming for money or moving on entirely
Except that mindfreak was good at the time he got cut and he also is relevant for an org to increase their popularity/get people to watch their games
