I was in ur position yesterday lol. A couple people I know tried it and refunded it saying it was meh, others friends loved it and are addicted right now. On steam the reviews are 91% positive so I bought it today morning and have been playing all day and having a blast so far. It's like a sci-fi tarkov but a bit more chill with some PvE in it. I'd personally recommend it but if you don't like extraction shooters at all then u might not like it. I'd recommend you to do what I did. Buy on steam and set a timer for 1 hour and 50 mins (right before the refund playtime deadline) that will be plenty of time to play a few games and see if it's ur cup of tea. Worst case scenario you can just refund and get ur money back.
The biggest positives for me so far are:
- Beautiful environments
- Sound is great
- Even if ur friends don't play it, Co-op with randoms is actually fun if they are at least somewhat talkative
- Sometimes u can even team up with other random squads if they are friendly to take on bigger enemies and it's pretty cool
- Very well optimised
- Already has several big maps (and more coming)

On a serious note, it's prob one of those situations where both sides are gonna tell half truths and we will never know what actually happened
ngl love drama is weird cuz they always throw shade about what they feel or felt and never about what actually happened cuz most of the time both are going to look like idiots if they do so and they only want the other side to look like the idiot
