how much bad games/underperformances does a player have in order to say "this player fell off"?

people are saying shit like washed at a young age, but I honestly do not get it (yes everyone here knows my fucking rank pls ignore that thank you very much), I do NOT see how a player has fallen off if they have the capability to recover their form quickly

maybe if they had like high peak like demon1 and yay and we dont see any glims of that in next year or 2 maybe that's called washed

it's like Tenz after 2021 he was called washed 2 years and made come back in 2024

for players with high ass peaks, they can EASILY come back if they play in a way easier region to get their confidence back
