do you guys think a full mmr reset would be good for ranked? like reset everyones mmr and make people play like at least 10-15 games to determine skill and get rid of all the boosted people from the first acts

they need to remove secret mmr. otherwise you get stuck. its better to create a new account than to grind with people who are equal to your skill but stuck in the same rank
I am hard stuck silver 2 on my main account on which I have played since the beginning of this game. I made a new account and I am about to get gold 3. I think this says enough about their ranking system.
I'm hardstuck gold 3 in my main account and I am diamond 2 in my ALT lmfao. In my gold3 account i had played about 400 hours of unranked (with friends) prior to starting competitive. And now whenever I log in my main I get depressed because I play with Plats who were ex-immortal and generally high elo players, of the same skill that I see in my diamond2 alt. This system is garbage especially for people who like to play a lot of unranked with friends.
btw whenever I play unranked in my main I always get matched up with high plats, diamonds and sometimes Immortals.
The secret MMR is so dumb I was hardstuck plat, made a new account and even though I placed like gold, I was able to push to diamond
im hardstuck immortal rn dont know if its secret mmr but some of my friends are better players on certain characters and are stuck diamond so -immortal sova and yoru
They need to 100% reset both hidden mmr and RR ranks the amount of boosted people is insane i created a smurf 2/3 acts ago and got first rank D1 whilst my main back then was hardstuck P3 and only last and this act have i been able to climb out of P3 and reached D3 with an 12 games winning streak so its insanely hard to rank up with these people..
I don't know if reset full mmr is the best option, but i wouldn't reclaim cause is a good option if they don't want to remove that shitty secret mmr.
i was bronze 1, borderline bronze 2, showing real promise to promote, then my friends stink with cooperation and playing as a unit, so im at iron 2 :)
They should make it like how they had it back in the very first act where you had to play 20 games(win/loss doesn't matter) for it to legitimate your MMR again. They should do that at the start of every episode.

You know what actually sounds reasonable. Allowing you to reset your secret MMR if you want.
Sounds like a win for those who want a reset and win for those that don't.
thats not the point tho cause boosted people are obviously not gonna reset it and the issue will still be there somewhat
