all franchised teams get reassessed
the number of franchised teams per region may also change e.g. 8 franchising teams and 4 ascension teams has been brought up as a possibility
this sounds good tbh
less ass games in tier 1 and tier 2 gets some recognition and viewers
It's good, if riot demote the bottom two teams rather than the ascension teams!!
