If you go Riot's website and go to the Games section, VALORANT now has a fourth platform icon (Mobile devices) added.

This wasn't there back earlier (for example: https://web.archive.org/web/20251006090004/https://www.riotgames.com/en October 6th still has only PC and Console icons) so Riot just recently added this, might be that they are ready to announce it outside China.
