NRG vs MIBR Map pool?

Who do you guys think has the better map pool? I am leaning slightly towards Nrg

mibr good maps - corrode , abyss , bind , sunset? , haven?
Nrg - lotus , corrode , haven

i would give it to NRG because their corrode is a bit better

I think it's pretty balanced (if we are taking into account MIBR 100% perma banning lotus)

i still think i'll lean slightly towards NRG but will definitely be anyones game. NRG have more top ranked maps, and less middle ranked maps.

While most of MIBRs maps are in the middle in terms of how good they are

both teams have a strong corrode it would be a banger map idk about the other 2

I'd expect NRG ban sunset, MIBR ban lotus, NRG pick corrode, MIBR pick bind, NRG ban ascent, MIBR ban haven, and then abyss decider.

If it's that, MIBR is probably favored. Unless NRG prep ascent and don't ban it which forces MIBR to decide between Haven/Ascent

Based on bans and results on champs and americas playoffs

Lotus: MIBR Permaban, NRG takes it
Sunset: NRG Permaban, MIBR takes it (NRG haven't banned only vs DRX because DRX already banned it before they did).
Haven: Not picked by any. They played twice being both 1-1. Both had stomps and a loss, but MIBR had a closer loss vs FNC while NRG got stomped vs DRX. Feels like a safer decider map for both but im going with 60/40 MIBR
Corrode: MIBR is 3-0 while NRG is 2-0. MIBR had bigger wins but it still feels like a cointoss neutral 50/50
Bind: MIBR has played very well vs FNC. NRG haven't played it yet but based on their Americas run it doesn't feel like a great map for them. They avoided it for a while and lost 2x vs G2. It wasn't terrible but probably not ideal for them. I'd say MIBR takes this one
Ascent: Neither have played in champs. NRG was 1-1 on playoffs with one loss vs G2 and one stomp vs LEV. Safe to say it's a cointoss too but slightly favoured to NRG since we haven't seem MIBR
Abyss: NRG is 1-0 with a OT win vs EDG. They don't seem to be avoiding but are not picking it either, so probably a safe decider for them. MIBR has a 1-1 with a comfortable win vs RRQ and a uncomfortable loss vs FNC. Same as NRG, not picking it but leaving it open. So it feels like a 50/50

Overall: Feel like Lotus being banned is more of a disadvantage to NRG than Sunset being banned is for MIBR, so it feels like MIBR has a better rounded map pool. If i was NRG i would try to pick and anti Abyss and force Corrode for a decider, while MIBR needs to pick Bind and force Haven. It still can be a pretty open game with any map pool here. I predict Bind - Abyss - Haven/Corrode here

frod is hiding lotus just like he did in 2022 champs with haven, its their best map.. also no info on mibr new ascent
