T1 should be tier 1 off the gun!!!!! They should definitely be top 10 NA as soon as they were formed!!!! Them not winning or even getting to the finals of a tier 699999 tournament is worrying.

steel is good player yes but his personality is known to be quite toxic. it brought the team down causing bad results can't do much about that, if they dont gel they dont gel
I think they look promising, it's important for them to play this kind of tournaments so they can fix their mistakes before VCT.
