There are some people that are still saying Zikz is fine, it's completely on the players. Here is a quote from the head coach who Coached a top 4 team itw in 2023.

"I have a lot of respect for those players, they're very good. But if Kess is going to play Aladdin (Brazilian callout for U-Hall) 24, 36 rounds straight... he’s gonna get countered. There’s just no adaptation there."
The team needs 2 things right now, a change of head coach and an IGL who is micro-ing the players and is prep-heavy. This team is making silly fucking mistakes and no adjustments as if it's still 2023. The Heretics coach also talked about how easy they were to anti last year too.
For once in my life, I would like to see 100T play a slow methodical game, without the aggressive reclears and peeks that have been a staple since 2022. We have better mechanical players on the team, these guys can adapt given the opportunity. But what's the point if they're never given the opportunity to change their identity. I'm sure Eeiu and Cryo wouldn't play how they do now, if they knew that their teammates weren't going to aggressively entry or reclear every angle.
