He is right, if g2 and sen are top 1 and 2, lev taking 3/4th will guarantee mibr. Only 3rd and 4th places get extra points and all other teams are below mibr (and if mibr beat loud, they get +1)

if anybody with 6+ points (nrg, c9, 100t, kru) makes 3rd and 4th doesn't that eliminate mibr?
they'll have 9 points (mibr will have 8/9) and stage 2 standing is the tiebreaker to determine who goes to champs
It's not stage 2 standing, it's 2025 standings overall and mibr is lucky enough to have tiebreaker against NRG, C9, and 100T. But the funny thing is lev has so few points that not even getting third will save them. In a scenario where it's G2/SEN finalists, LEV 3rd and NRG 4th, MiBR and NRG would go to champs (both would be tied at 9 and LEV would still be stuck at 8).
let's say mibr lose to loud and are stuck at 8 points and lev still make 3rd
who qualifies then between mibr and lev since they'll both have 8
