Min salary wouldnt surprise me. They cant compete with any other org anyways so you dont need to drive up the prices.

Regarding the disbanding:
If the org stays in t1 it wouldnt disband and even if they return to t2 its not guaranteed.
For context the rumors that they were closing operations started back in 2023. We had our first "leaks" from the Spanish scene after the loss to m8. They didnt close down their valorant division.
(This made its waves multiple times in the following months, but nothing ever came of it)
We then had the same rumor going into 2024 ascension (again from the Spanish scene). This has been publicly denied.
Since Ive seen no new information since, I would assume ardiis is just parroting the same rumor once again.

The whole thing is based on assumptions. We are to believe Apeks was struggling for money when they shut down their cs operation. But theyve downsized since so we dont really know how dire things are.
Their owners are VERY passionate for esports (their former sister company mist games run the N//E league rn and youve seen them work on the past 3 ascension tourneys) so the org will run as long as realistically possible.
