I would watch. Also a cool thing to do is to ask other people to use community subtitling to translate to other languages. I'm fine with subtitles as long as they are not paragraphs and are readable. Another cool thing you can do is make custom subtitles with fonts and stuff. Maybe people won't realize because they don't have subtitles on but you can have something at the start to prompt them to turn on subtitles or you can add subtitles just into the video.
The only problem I can find with subtitle only videos is that they often need music or else they feel empty and usually the music is bad. Just have decent taste and it will be good.
