Im d3 peak Idk if my advice is the best, but I think it's not the agent it's the aim of u are in bronze. Just aim train u can get easily to diamond like me

aim first, role later. You will outaim everyone until diamonds/asc. While doing that(grinding ranks), you will get your comfort agent/role

Warm up in AimLab, then play some reps in DM or TDM(You can also work on your utility there).
Personally, I'd suggest doing some exercise or hitting the gym. It really helps you physically and mentally (but yeah, not everyone wants to go that far just to climb ranks). --> I get some positive results by doing that

in your elo play what ever you want learn the game and try all agents try and find whats fun for you after all its a game and who cares what your rank is, just be kind and have fun.

if you really want to climb i would learn smokes or Sentinel. smokes you are always a boon to the team if you throw good smokes and that alone can win games go look at some pro smoke players VODs and watch what smokes they are using.

as for Sentinel its hard not to have a good game if you can anchor your site.

both the roles you really need to value your life and not die early.

Im not high elo or anything but in bronze its definitely more about improving your aim and mechanics first, thatll get you out of bronze fast
after that you should start thinking about which role youre comfortable with (but me personally i like playing flex/fill so its your preference really)
I recommend this video by woohoojin which is a good aim warmup routine that can help you in your journey ig:

if you want a little bit more advice, play self sufficient agents since you really can't trust your teammates every time to be good, in that elo you really just need to out aim your opponents, don't try and play every agent you are just gonna have a hard time being consistent (unless your f0rsaken).

Lock whatever u can win with 5 duelists
Also it’s ranked make ur life easy… play clove and for initiator play fade sova… drop kayo; besides the right click ur not getting value from ur flashes for ur team (might as well play phoenix)
