If Demon1 is popping off while subbing for Leaf, and Leaf’s cleared by Champs — if you’re G2, do you even make the switch back or just stick with Demon1?

If he is solo carrying them and is back to 2023 champs form then yes

switch back cuz the season is over, its not like leaf is coming in between
ehh not really no. Demon1 wasn't a known quantity at all at the time, if anything he was pretty much the opposite of that. Nowadays everyone knows of him and has seen his peak. You might say that we've never seen him as a senti main in the roles that leaf plays which is fair, and I think those are the natural roles that Demon1 should have went with a while ago, but even then, Leaf is imo the most proactive sentinel in the world and by quite a margin, and that alone carries G2 in what they lack the most. Whilst I think demon1 would do good on G2, I cannot balieve that he'll fit the team more than leaf does

hmm maybe but I think it would be weird to have 2/5 players on non-comfort roles
I remember C9 made leaf play skye in some maps and it didn't workout well but still we don't know leaf is a really good flex

Demon1 was always good in Stable systems where he has a defined role
I think they keep Leaf, no matter what the result is. Demon1 will prob get higher offers elsewhere too. This is kinda like a prove it scenario for Demon1, do good, get a spot elsewhere, do bad, not get another team. Leaf has never been the issue with G2, so its not like he will be swapped.
