Do you think we will see them make a men's team at some point and compete in challengers, or will they try and swoop in and steal a spot when Riot reevaluates teams in partnership?

Won't happen, Riot don't fw Falcons
They had to drop one of their roster pre-ascension a while back and they got rejected from buying Astralis's LEC spot iirc
when they were doing that to falcons they were also saying they wouldnt participate in EWC... next franchise revision Falcons will make Riot an offer they cannot refuse
League of Legends was at EWC last year and Falcons still dropped their ascension roster in Val a month later, they’ll take EWC money but won’t allow Falcons it seems
Riot cockblocked falcons on Lec and then they were told their team wouldnt pass if they win asc so i dont think its going to happen. Spirit/virtus pro in valorant would be sick tho
They made ascension last year then sold their roster because riot said they wouldnt let them in if they won
Not offically but its probably because falcons is directly linked to the saudi government which have a terrible human rights record
But they allow falcons have GC and accept EWC tho? It could be different now right
Every ascension team/org has to go trough a process and falcons didn’t comply with riot in that process
It wasn’t due to anything political
will never happen since a team funded by the government (Falcons) cannot compete in the VCT
I think the ultimates was team falcons last year before ascension
but after EWC, I think riot could take the money and accept falcons when they reevaluate franchised teams in 2027
