Im pretty sure he had issues since map 1 second half this is mostly bad management also most player cams are broken and the ui is fucked it either shows up early or late but I'm a sen fan so kinds bias
They cant do that, it would be against the rules. I suggest you stop spreading misinformation, otherwise I will have no choice but to report you to the moderators.
