Today we're parting ways with our Valorant head coach @boxrTailored.

Taylor helped take TSM to the top early on, winning two Ignition Series and a 2nd at First Strike. We'll forever be grateful for what he achieved. We wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors.

With half-a-year having passed since the team's grand finals appearance in First Strike: North America, community and organizational pressure on the TSM roster has been compounding since the first stage of the Valorant Champions Tour.

In Stage 1, TSM saw an appearance at only one of three Challenger main events, where they were quickly knocked out by Luminosity and 100 Thieves in the double-elimination bracket. The team went 0-2 for Masters appearances in Stage 2, unable to qualify for the Challengers Finals in their one Challengers appearance.

The departure of tailored follows the benching of Stephen "reltuC" Cutler, with the former T1 player Braxton "brax" Pierce being promoted to the team's permanent fifth. TSM only have over a month to prepare for Stage 3 should they seek an appearance at the Masters 3 in Berlin.
