Minecraft Youtuber Quackity was out for 3 years
he made an app where you can translate to another languages with your own voice to talk on discord, real live without sounding robotic just your voice in another language
also has subtitles for any youtube video or content in any platform
only thing is that it is not free and reallly expensive but stills a crazy thing that will probably make different companies to make something similar
