Best way to find a team

Hey guys ive been wondering for a while what the best way to find a Team would be either for premier or maybe Junior E-Sport teams

I peaked plat 1 but stopped playing for a long time and I'm slowly getting back into it

It's lowkey hard so the best chance for you is prob to put a lot of time into premiere and stuff

If you want to compensate for your plat aim you can be like Boaster and watch a ton of analysis on pro games while hiring 4 immortal people off epal or something to play in your team

or to compete and possibly be pro player? if so, then no point of trying until you can prove yourself and hit immo3 at least.

you should do compete in the vlr community cup, some peeps have premier teams, u can join them if u want
