Tier 2 cannot be saved

seeing it from a ORG view you have to options in t2:
-Invest a LOT of money in players and infraestructure to get a CHANCE to ascending to t1, and if they dont achieve it all that money goes to waste (without mentioning that some orgs that run most sucsefull teams in other games migth just pull out midseason to save money, since they arent getting any substancial gain)
OR
-Pick up however wins ascension
This means that most of the big orgs outside of VAL t1 wont invest any money and just focus on their other esports, MAYBE getting in once they pick up a winning team from ascension, as a consecuences, effectively making it extremly hard for players to live from t2 and even make a name from themseleves, specially in minor regions of t2 , even if riot fixes some of the issues of t2, the core issue remains that
is way cheaper to buy a winning team and get a ticket to t1, rather than spend a full year grinding a losing money just to maybe get it

true and the lack of proper tournaments is just killing t2. if there was a chance for the best performing teams in t2 to at least qualify for an international it would bring a lot of investment back.

just make it so that the bottom 2 teams in each region by champs get relegated to ascension no matter partnership or not then it actually incentivizes orgs to invest bc the fear of relegation is united.

also make it so that t2 teams can serve as academy teams for t1 teams, so that way when t1 teams are playing during the season the t2 teams can use their resources and facilities, and t1 teams can get dedicated scrim partners and subs. if a t2 team wins ascension then no big deal they enter t1 as their old org and the t1 team can go back to getting a new academy team. saves the t1 team from signing a whole new team from scratch, plus they get connections with established orgs. t2 teams get actual resources and support but still independence to ascend to t1

just make it so that tier 2 orgs can participate in masters + champs

masters 1: 8 teams only for franchise team just like now
masters 2: 12 teams, 8 from stage 1 top 2 each region, and last spot from lcq contain of 10 franchise + 2 from tier2
champs: 16 teams, 8 from stage 2 top 2 each region, 4 from top champs points each region, and last spot from lcq contain of 9 franchise + 3 from tier2

it would cost much money but for lcq riot can just do patnership with 3rd party org like ewc/msi/soop/esl/etc

even prx can be this big in val because pre-frenchise era was open qual

8 franchised team spots and 8 from open circuit hows this? (numbers can be changed)

The orgs will slowly gone if riot didn't make any good changes
