If you live in an authoritarian state, yes. The US is already at a point where 75% of the youth is "unhirable" by previous definitions. The companies need workers, not the other way around so I'm sure they'll change their parameters. Otherwise they'll be selecting from a group of 50,000 Mormons who never had internet connection
