All matches currently in VALM, even in ranked is MR8 not 13. Devs double down on this on their interview, to avoid a match being too long for a Mobile game, which is what Wild Rift actually got criticized on: Match lasts too long
Matches are mostly CN Content Creators but some other game pros are participated as well e.g. DANK1NG formerly competes in CS and the PeRo player are active PUBG PC pro
