I say this as a 100 Thieves Fan who has constantly had hopes for this team and continually gets let down (I know I’m not alone in that regard). Why are we keeping Boostio? His style of play makes me question if he knows how to play sentinel and then his calling is absolutely garbage. So garbage that Im convinced Ethan was probably doing most of the calling in the Champions winning EG roster. First off I’m gonna be breaking this down into two main factors: Aim and Calling
Aim: This whole season this dudes aim has been terrible. His best maps are those where he goes even or slightly positive. I understand that players sometimes have a bad streak of games and cant aim. This dude has proven that he cant aim - period. After underperforming for this long on 100T I have to come to see this as his normal level of play and that EG Boostio who won champions was an imposter who got lucky for a single season.
Calling: Let me preface this by saying our weaker side on most maps is ATTACK. Our defense is solid and it is backed by Cryo’s operator. Boostio’s calling has been inconsistent to an insane degree and it IS the reason why we always lose early round leads which we gained on the defensive side. Another big problem with this dude is he is inconsistent on how he plays in matches. For example, the match he played against NRG on May 24th, was decent. Tho not fragging out, he stayed alive and helped his team with his utility. Im writing this after the first map, ICEBOX, against MIBR on May 25th. This bot ass player as a KJ with mollies consistently is dying first on attack side maps. And his calling is ass
In conclusion, you can say Asuna needs to be dropped. You can say Zander needs to be dropped (tho I disagree). You have to agree to the FACT that Boostio should be dropped
