Do you want more visa issues to happen? Do you want Riot to go broke by how expensive it is to setup everything in Japan?
i've heard japanese visas are easy to get no clue what he is talking about
It's only easy for western people. They are actually very strict for people who are from south/southeast asia, so if we are talking about VCT pacific where half of the players are from there, it will be a problem
