What if all players spoke the same Language?

Mono language regions that have bad teams like Brazil will benefit the most. Now they can import players without language barrier issues.

I think it does go both ways for most of the minor regions. They can export more players but they also lose a ton of their native talent, which makes things interesting

I get that as a neutral viewer, but its very disappointing as a minor region supporter

football is a great example, we create new talent but we all know once they hit 18 they're gonna be bought by a welthier stronger international team, and you can never have your best players playing for teams of your country
