Riot doesn't allow streaming of games played on top of their existing circuit. Since EMEA playoffs is still going on, no EWC streams.

Does this mean Americas games could be streamed since its not overlapping with other VCT games
i'd assume so. just my opinion but if they werent able to i'd doubt they'd schedule the EMEA/NA games as far apart as they did.
people said they dont care about it, so no stream
