should masters teams go to ewc?

obviously teams want to qualify to masters
but for teams like PRX, is it better for them to lose to RRQ so they get more time off between games? Same with teams competing in china's evolution series (wolves)

i think for china it's the evolution series top 2
otherwise its just stage 1 grand finalists
