Axineas says that when he worked at MAD Lions, the club operated mainly through favoritism, and he believes KOI is still the same.

VALORANT
According to them, Deilor is in charge of selecting the coaches and was therefore the one who told Yaba that he wouldn’t be promoted to VCT. Deilor spoke to him directly once upper management gave the green light.
He told him that he wasn’t in the running to be the VCT coach, but that obviously he would be. As we later found out, Yaba declined to go to VCT.
They said one player was very vocal about wanting Simoz to be the VCT coach, and that several players said they would bench themselves if Yaba became the coach.

LEAGUE OF LEGENDS
According to Axineas, Jake and Martina protect each other A LOT. They’re both very well paid. Cardonetti had to be hired because the performance staff couldn’t work with the LEC team, Dagart had to be let go, and Martina couldn’t work with them. Last year, Jake’s work with the MDK roster consisted of going to the office once a week and spending around 3 hours in front of a computer doing nothing and not helping the players.
There is a "performance bonus" clause shared between players and the performance staff, awarded solely at the personal discretion of Till. A completely subjective, arbitrary, and unfair clause. Melzhet (coach) was denied part of this bonus for expressing his opinion during a stream about how an academy should work. Álvaro and Supa (players) were denied their share because they didn’t want to work with the cook and had conflicts with staff inherited from MAD Lions.
Regarding the cook (currently at Vitality), they did horrible things to Melzhet. They gave players and staff homeopathic products instead of proper medicine when they were sick, made shakes with weird ingredients, and the cook would go to the LEC studio and abandon KOI players to be with the Vitality ones.
The way the team psychologist was treated was equally disgraceful. He was constantly obstructed in his work, not reimbursed for his accommodation, paid less than half the salary of the cook, and overall not wanted there. In one case, Melzhet paid for the psychologist’s flight out of his own pocket so he could attend a bootcamp in Madrid — because the club refused to do it.
A cook who, despite knowing that Supa is allergic to nuts (but not exactly which ones), carried out unannounced tests on him to “figure it out on her own.”
A toxic environment at the team house, where people intentionally stirred conflict between players, creating constant tension.
One of the most serious incidents: players found glass inside a smoothie.
During Worlds, after refusing to continue working with this person, the club provided no alternative. Players had to eat take-out food every single day.
Ibai Llanos feels that the MAD Lions side ruined the club and his dream, and that if things didn’t change by the end of the year, he would leave the club. This was one of the main reasons he stopped co-streaming; he feels the way the club is being managed is causing a lot of harm. (copy n paste it)
