why valo doesnt have an era of some teams dominating the scene for like 1-2 years like cs did tho.

like whats the reason?

Valve barely changes the game so the top teams solved the meta.

To answer your question, yes. Meta changes happen so frequently in Valorant that it's extremely difficult to dominate for a long period of time.
In CS (as great a game as it is), the meta is Throw Smoke here and plant bomb here. Gunplay is much more important as opposed to Val where site takes look like the beaches of Normandy on June 6th 1945.
