Lights during Valorant

Weird topic but, would I focus on the game better with my lights off?

I’m pretty sure it’s bad for your eyes so it’s not worth

lights on, socks on, lotioned up

Normal lights off
RGB lights on

if u close the lights the game will contrast more because its hella bright, dont recommend it because it stings your eyes after a while
