it's not necessarily about being competitive. it's about representing the group you were literally signed to represent. i want to see new LATAM talent even if only 1 or 2 players are good every year and the rest of the players are ass. DFM could go full korean but clinging onto JP talent allowed us to see meiy and build an appropriate fanbase. even if they suck, at least japanese still have a team to root for.
That's a great point but not what I'm asking. You can't fill your mouth with the "LEV could've built a talented latam team" and then switch the argument to "it's about representation". Let's not be disingenuous, if you wanna talk about representation do that from the start, but don't switch the argument midway.
i'm not educated enough on the LATAM scene to build you a team and then argue for their players. you can build yourself a LATAM team if you'd like. i don't know if they'd be competitive but i'd be inclined to believe you.
my main point is that i'd much rather see 5 young hyped latam players than this shitty lev sorry if i used the wrong words mate
