each region has group alpha and omega and one of them is always "oh hey there's like two ways this can go based on one match and it doesn't really matter beyond seeding :)" and the other group is like "we have a 6 way tie that could be resolved 5000 different ways based on h2h, but that won't be enough so we're gonna need map diff and round diff and that's still not enough to break the tie so we're going all the way to aura diff"
