why do teams play omen over astra on some maps isnt she more fit for pro play since her util requires comms?

on a team like g2 who always manages to plant the spike down, wouldnt they benefit more off astra because of her stall potential during postplants?
Omen provides a flexibility that astra just doesnt have and because his blind is so effective hes ingtegral to a lot of retake and execute plans. and also since a lot of team are already running breach tejo adding the zoning of astra is just doing too much. kinda like a hat on a hat
