Most showmatches are boring af/skipped unless they show off a new agent/map-I was thinking instead/in addition that 2 t2 teams could play on LAN. This would give t2 more recogonition and could make people who havent watched fans while also giving t2 players a chance on the big stage.
I think that the 2 teams would be from whatever country/region the tourney is in and it would be the top 2 of that split
for ex. if we use Masters Toronto the t2 region would be NA and the 2 teams are the ones who were top 2 in split 1-M80 and SRB
This also gives t2 players something else to play for as there is not much incetive to do well in split 1 playoffs as it doesnt qualify you for asencion.
Also as far as visa goes since its in the same region it should be easier +there is still a lot of time (again if we use toronto the top 2 na t2 teams were just confirmed today and toronto is a whole t1 split away)
