why do people play valorant even tho they hate it with a passion?

watching and playing are two different beasts

i hate playing the game but watching it is fun

I think they just hate the current state of ranked.

If you lost on the bet you Hate it.
If you Win, obviously you love it. Both are different things

i dont play it thankfully, saving myself :D

used to play but got bored after a few years + i have sch and none of my friends either really has the time to play or the passion to play

it's like drug addictions. need that dopamine rush just for the game to slap you in the face
